The Biddeford Gazette is a free, online professional news source dedicated to covering news, opinion and events happening in Biddeford, Maine.
The Biddeford Gazette was designed to meet three primary objectives:
1.) To help fill gaps in local media coverage of our community by developing and publishing original news stories and opinion pieces about the city of Biddeford.
2.) To provide residents and others with a reliable and trusted one-stop platform for finding news and information about the city of Biddeford. We will cull and share online links to other media outlets, including traditional media and social media, pushing online traffic to those news sources and sites.
3.) To provide a ‘Gonzo-style journalism’ approach in covering Biddeford news through a blend of original reporting and opinion pieces that do not necessarily heed traditional media practices.
