Several residents of Biddeford's Cathedral Oaks neighborhood reported a "heavy police presence" early Tuesday morning that included agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). According to witnesses, law enforcement officers were seen coming in and out of a single-family residence at 41 Cathedral Oaks Lane. Witnesses say it appears that "several boxes of documents" were taken from the home.
