The Biddeford Gazette is wholly owned and operated by Biddeford Gazette, Inc, a non-profit media organization that is incorporated in the state of Maine and based in Biddeford.
Our governing board of directors, includes the following individuals:
Laura A. Seaver, of Biddeford, President/CEO
Laura Seaver of Biddeford serves as president and chief executive officer of Biddeford Gazette, Inc.
Laura also serves as publisher of the Biddeford Gazette, responsible for operations oversight.
Laura is a former Biddeford City Councilor (At-Large, two terms) and was twice elected to the Biddeford School Committee. She is also employed by a Portland-based non-profit agency.

Craig A, Pendleton of Old Orchard Beach, Treasurer/CFO
Craig Pendleton of Old Orchard Beach, Maine serves as treasurer and chief financial officer of Biddeford Gazette, Inc.
Craig also serves as chair of the Biddeford Gazette’s Community Advisory Council.
Craig has many years of leadership and management experience. He previously served as executive director of the Biddeford + Saco Chamber of Commerce & Industry and as transportation director of Biddeford-Saco-OOB Transit.
Craig also currently serves on the board of PeoplesChoice Credit Union.

Randall Seaver of Biddeford, Secretary/COO
Randy Seaver of Biddeford, Maine serves as secretary and chief operating officer of Biddeford Gazette, Inc.
Randy also serves as editor of the Biddeford Gazette.
Capping off a 35-year career in journalism, public relations and marketing, Randy is the founder of the Biddeford Gazette and launched the digital platform in November 2024
Other board officers may be added over time, at the discretion of the directors.
