Artists By the Sea, a not-for-profit artists’ collective, will present its Annual Exhibition & Sale at the Biddeford Pool Community Center, 2 Yates Street, Biddeford Pool, Friday, July 31, through Sunday, August 2.
The exhibition features original artwork by 23 Maine artists, with 15 percent of all sales benefiting the Biddeford Pool Community Center.
The Opening Reception, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 31, is free and open to the public.
This year’s guest artist is Diane Beem, whose vibrant landscapes combine expressive color with a contemporary pointillist style.
Exhibition hours are Saturday, August 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, August 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
